We are blessed to have the privilege to be a witness for Jesus to our family, friends, colleagues, classmates, neighbors, and strangers.
The Holy Spirit has empowered you to boldly share the Gospel.
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

After an encounter that set me on fire for God, I wanted to tell everyone about Jesus but was scared of how they might respond or what they might think of me.
Naively, I assumed most homeless people were crazy and I didn’t care what they thought of me so I would go almost daily to an area of Cincinnati with a large homeless and mentally ill population.
I would take $1 tacos because I knew it would get a crowd and shared about Jesus. I would pray for anyone who was interested and try my best to help – even when I had no idea what I was doing.
Today I am getting back to my roots and starting this 30 day journey going to the homeless camp in downtown Oklahoma City.
We are taking bagged lunches and offering prayer, encouragement and sharing the love of Jesus with anyone who is interested.
If you are in Oklahoma City – John and I will be at the Broadway Extension and 23rd Street every Friday in November. We will give away bagged lunches at 10:30, love on people living under the overpass, and then prayer walk the area. We would love for you to join us if you are in the area.
You might not go to the homeless camp in your city, but I’m sure you can find someone around you today who doesn’t yet know Jesus.
Suggested Prayers
Ask God to sensitivity to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Ask God to lead you to people He has already been preparing for an encounter with Him.
Ask God to prepare the hearts of the people you will be sharing with.
Ask God for boldness to share His love and power without fear of man.
